What actually happens, step by step.

    You hand us access

    A wp-admin login or SFTP details. That’s your entire to-do list.

  • Step 2 2
    We copy everything

    Files, database, media. Your live site is untouched. The copy runs read-only against it.

  • Step 3 3
    We tune and test

    Cache rules, PHP version, SSL. Then we click through the site the way a visitor would: forms, search, checkout if you have one.

  • Step 4 4
    You inspect the preview

    A preview URL shows your site running on Celestio. Take an hour or a week. No pressure.

  • Step 5 5
    DNS switches on your go-ahead

    We switch DNS and SSL issues automatically. If anything looks wrong, switching back is one DNS change. Your old host is still running.

The worries, answered.

Will my site go down during the move?

The copy runs against your live site without touching it, and DNS only switches after you approve the preview. Worst case, some visitors see the old site for a few extra minutes while DNS propagates.

What about my email?

We don’t touch MX records. Your email stays exactly where it is. If your old host also handles email, we’ll flag it before the switch so you can plan.

Can you migrate a WooCommerce store with live orders?

Yes. We do a full copy first, then sync new orders right before the DNS switch, scheduled in a quiet hour you pick.

We have many sites. How does that work?

Bulk moves run in waves on a schedule we agree together. Every site gets its own preview before its switch.

What if I change my mind after the switch?

Your old host is still running. Switching back is one DNS change. And there’s no lock-in on our side: month-to-month, cancel anytime.
